Belly Fedbetter has provided private dinner services to the Tamarindo and Flamingo areas since 2009. We offer delicious food, generous portions, and personable service for private dinners and small events.
Executive Chef Frank Carroll, a well traveled California native, is classically trained in French and Lebanese cuisine. Chef Frank created our menus to highlight Costa Rica’s fresh from the farm and sea ingredients. From tropical seafood dishes to Costa Rican favorites, his menus have a little something for everyone.
“This was the only way to go! Hiring a private chef while four little children were sleeping upstairs. Frank cooked and waited on us and kept us entertained as well. That wasn’t even the best part! Our welcome dinner was beyond amazing and our breakfast had some scraping empty bowls! Chef Frank was prompt, served all of our dishes beautifully, and cleaned up everything in the blink of an eye! “Chef Frank prepared an amazing meal for us on our first night at Casa Islita in Tamarindo. He came highly recommended by the villa concierge and did not disappoint. We arrived hungry and tired after a long day of traveling and Frank was waiting to greet us with home made tortillas, guacamole, fresh salsa and amazing ceviche - which we devoured immediately. For dinner, he prepared the taste of Costa Rica meal for 9 of us. The food was fantastic. Frank took great care of us, serving the meal, cleaning up after and leaving leftovers in the fridge for the next day. Arranging the meal through Tabitha was easy and Frank accommodated our food restrictions and allergies. Not only was the food delicious, but Frank has a great sense of humor and an easy going attitude. It was a perfect way to begin our family vacation. We are still raving about that dinner!”
Reservations
We offer private dinner services to Tamarindo & Playa Flamingo in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. We have a 6 adult minimum for service in Tamarindo & Flamingo, and an 8 adult minimum for Hacienda Pinilla & Las Catalinas. A deposit is required to reserve. Prices start at $85 per adult.
